Beyond Boundaries: Art Unleashed

The Ability co_op, which is an advocacy group led by students with disabilities. In the past two years, the TCD Student Union has collaborated with the Ability co_op by organising an art exhibition. This year we are doing the same.

Our art exhibition, “Beyond Boundaries: Art Unleashed” which had to be postponed,

will now be held in An Meitheal, Printing House Square on the 4th of December, 2023.

“Beyond Boundaries: Art Unleashed”

will be officially launched by Trinity Provost and President Dr Linda Doyle

in An Meitheal, Printing House Square on the 4th of December at 5:30pm.

Artwork Submissions

We are thrilled with the amount of interest we have received with people looking to submit artwork to the exhibition. We are now setting a date for last submissions to be in by the 20th of November. Please email any electronic artwork such as poetry or photography to [email protected],  with “Art Exhibition Submission” – (followed by your name) in the subject line.

If you could also send a brief explanation of your piece, that would be ideal. We are also wondering if anyone who is submitting poetry would like to recite one of their poems during the exhibition. This would make for a lovely ambience, as I’m sure you all would agree. For those submitting physical pieces, such as paintings or drawings, you can drop them into the disAbility Hub in Printing House Square.
